Learn while you work with CAvS early careers

The Cobham Aviation Services early careers programmes provide an introduction to the aviation industry, whether you’re a school leaver or joining from university.

Our Apprentice Programme provides the opportunity to earn while you learn. As an employee, you’ll join the programme for four years and be given real responsibilities from day one.

Our Graduate Programme has been designed to develop our future leaders by providing rotational placements across all functions within the organisation. Where possible, we’ll tailor each placement to your skills, development needs and interests.

Whichever programme suits your needs, upon completion you’ll have gained the skills and experience you need to launch a successful career at CAvS. There are five characteristics we ask all our employees to embrace. They are to be bold, inventive, determined, transparent and to work as a team.

In doing so, we will help you achieve your potential. For us, Every Mission Matters.

Join us in accomplishing our mission
